Robert L. Bouley is a consummate litigator with close to thirty years of outstanding jury trial and appellate experience to his credit. He specializes in medical malpractice and product liability defense.
Born in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Bouley is a cum laude graduate of Boston College and an alumnus of its law school. He handles complex cases involving medical areas such as obstetrics, oncology and cardiology. Known for his ability to assimilate complicated technologies and intricate issues, Mr. Bouley is likewise able to make those same technologies and issues clear to both judge and jury.
He is a frequent lecturer, presenting to medical, nursing and dental groups and is a faculty member in trial advocacy programs sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE). Mr. Bouley has also been asked to participate in lectures and seminars on avoidance of risk and litigation. He is a member of the Boston, Cambridge-Arlington-Belmont and Massachusetts bar associations, and the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys. Mr. Bouley has been admitted to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
